Minecraft PE with Xbox One

With the new version 0.14 all coming out simultaneously recently, is it possible to have folks on Minecraft PE (iPad/Android/Win10 Beta) join worlds on Xbox One within the same network or vice versa? Looked all over for docs related to that and couldn't
find anything. Thanks!

and what is the error codes you get when trying to sign in?

Also do you have the Xbox app installed on your device?

Something has gone wrong.

I put correctly my info and i have verified it 17 times and it still doesnt let me sign in i get the same message.
