    I just purchased Minecraft PE for my Windows 10 computer. I would also like to play it on my Samsung Note 4. Do I have to purchase it again from the Google play store?

    Yes, they are separate version on different platforms and there is no cross-buy, so you would need to buy it on the Play Store if you wish to play on Android.

    You would have to purchase Minecraft for Windows 10 in order to play it on the PC. Unfortunately Minecraft is not a Play Anywhere title which would allow you to play it on both without purchasing it twice.

    No it isn't. Though Minecraft PE and the Win 10 release are the same version of the game you would need to purchase the Win 10 version by itself. Cross play IS possible between Win 10 and MC PE.

    The older PC version was based on Java and isn't compatible with either the Win 10 or MC PE version as they use a different programming language.
