Minecraft Pe sever not working

Hello,

I've recently been tring to play on Minecraft pocket edition severs, but when I go to the "Severs" section, it gives me this message:

"You cannot play online multiplayer because of how your Microsoft Account is set up. Review and change your privacy settings at aka.ms/account settings. I have been here multiple times and changed the settings, but it never works. Please provide and answer
for this issue.
