Minecraft PE Login Issue - Cannot Remember The Email Connected With The Microsoft Account

Thanks for the reply. unfortunately thats not an option for me. I only have one email account that is associated with an unknown micorsoft account which could possibly be that. however the provider had an mass deletion and it is no longer accessible. i already tried to recover it but not nowing the password microsofr responded by saying i did not provide enough proof that i own the account so they are locking it until the owner claims it. which will not happen because the owner is me lol. all that catch 22 stuff. however i fail to see how they would not be able to match a gamertag with the email as the mictosoft account and the minecraft account are directly linked.

No one will be able to tell you what your account email is even if you know the gamertag associated with the account.

If you remember your account email you can fill in the account recovery form. This link has information about the recovery form.

Hello, I have the same problem with my account. Microsoft MADE me login again to play Minecraft PE and it somehow created a new account on THE SAME email.

Now I can't access any of the games I purchased, but somehow still can access Minecraft PE, but not JAVA and Forza Horizon 4, please help because this is the equivalent to waste of money!

If it's the one you used to login to Minecraft, it is definitely connected as a Microsoft account. Please try to recover it even if it's a google email account.

thank you for your answer. I disagree. The problem is with a Microsoft account within minecraft. The issue is definitely with Microsoft.

In Minecraft on switch there is a button to logout from Minecraft. When you login again, the authentication of the first Microsoft account which was logged into is prompted. There is no possibility to change the Microsoft account.

There is an additional button "Delete Microsoft account login data". If this is pressed you are asked, if you are sure. If you press yes, nothing happens. Nothing has changed with login either.

Can you help us, please?

Issue is, I connected the Switch Minecraft version with my adult Microsoft account. Now my son is old enough and I want, that he logs into the switch with his own account. But I cannot change the Microsoft login account of switch minecraft. :-(
