    Minecraft PE confusion


    I bought Minecraft PE prior and paid the full price. Today I bought Minecraft for PC, Windows 10. Again, I paid the full price for Minecraft PC; yet, Microsoft downloaded the pocket edition and I am unable to access multiplayer mode much less join any servers.

    I have my order ID.

    If anyone has a solution to this, please let me know.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to use multiplayer features in your game.

    Do you receive any error codes or messages when attempting to join servers or a friends world?

    Most typically, not having your account correctly configured tends to cause disruptions when attempting to connect to others. There is an article that covers this info much further in-depth with step-by-step instructions that I will link

    In this case, please try to uninstall Minecraft PE from your iPad.

    Restart your iPad and install Minecraft PE again.

    Try to play it and please let me know how it goes.
