    hey, so I got a code from Kroger and I put in the code like normal. it said the coins were waiting for me on my switch, so I refreshed it and I waited. I got back on, and I realized all my coins were gone. I tried putting the code back in, but it didn't
    let me. can someone help?

    and what is the error codes you get when trying to sign in?

    In this case, please try to uninstall Minecraft PE from your iPad.

    Restart your iPad and install Minecraft PE again.

    Try to play it and please let me know how it goes.

    However, I don’t have a option to Clear my Sign in data neither am I logged into Minecraft yet. The error code happened to me the first time I installed Minecraft PE.

    I'm not entirely sure how the Switch interacts with Xbox services so I'm not really all that knowledgable here. Forgive me if I sound dumb.

    Was your code for the Xbox or the Switch? And are you sure it was specifically for Pocket Edition MineCoins (or whatever they're called)? I would think Pocket Edition and Console Minecraft use different currency pools. Could that be the reason they haven't
    shown up?

    My other thought would be that the deposit of coins may be somewhat delayed. Sometimes transactions take up to 72 hours for them to fully process like buying Shark Cards in GTA or Platinum in Warframe.
