Minecraft PE: Cannot Connect to Multiplayer Server/Repeated Disconnect from Server in...

This issue is related to Minecraft PE. Upon loading the Minecraft app, I attempt to enter a multiplayer LAN hosted by a friend. We are both connected to the same WiFi. As she is the host, I attempt to enter
the world she has created/hosting. The app reads "Connecting to Multiplayer.." and then eventual gives the error "Unable to Connect to Multiplayer". To resolve this, the following attempts have been made to correct the error and some have been successful while
others have not:

-Signing out and Re-Signing in of my Microsoft account.

-Closing the App on my device, then reopening, and resigning back into my Microsoft Account after signing out before closing the app.

-Restarting my device and repeating/intertwining the steps above.

-My friend closing out of the world, re-starting and I attempt to rejoin after she has restarted.

-Triple Checking our versions of Minecraft PE and that they are the most recent up-to-date of Minecraft PE.

Following this, should the attempt be successful for me to join, we are able to continue. However, today alone, I have been kicked out of her LAN and "Disconnected from the Server" several times. I attempt
to rejoin but I again either have to resign into my Microsoft Account, close/reopen the application and attempt the same "Troubleshooting" errors I just mentioned to join our Multiplayer LAN.

All the while, my personalized character is not saved and I have recreate him after resigning back into my Microsoft Account. Though at times the character is "Saved" it seems to be deleted/lost into the fray
of attempting to rejoin my friend's LAN.

Any help with dealing these matters are most appreciated. I am a new player and have joined only since Wednesday, May 13. These errors have been submitted to Mojang and I would appreciate any Microsoft insight
into this matter.
