Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Minecraft Realms payment. You can view your payment details at any time on your Microsoft Account Settings using these steps:

Go to Microsoft Account Payment Options page.

Sign into your Microsoft account with Minecraft.

From here you can Add a new payment method or Remove payment method.

A saved credit card is required for recurring purchases, such as monthly payments of Minecraft Realms. If you'd like to switch the card that is set up for recurring payments, delete the currently saved card, then add a new card to your profile. Payment errors are often difficult to track down; they can happen in different steps of the payment process for a few reasons.

Troubleshoot Purchasing

Try your purchase on another web browser or device, and make sure that the browser is the most current version.

Try a different payment method in the online store. There are several different payment methods available.

Note: Payment methods may vary depending on your country.

Use a Minecraft Prepaid Card

If you are still not able to make a purchase, you may be able to buy a Minecraft prepaid card and use that.

Minecraft prepaid cards can be used on a Microsoft account (that does not already own a copy of the game) and entitle the cardholder to one Minecraft license (one copy of Minecraft).

If your Minecraft Realms subscription was paid for on 26.12 but is now showing as inactive, it is possible that there was an issue with the payment or with the subscription itself. To resolve this issue, you should try the following steps:

1. Check your payment history: Go to the Microsoft account website and sign in with your Microsoft account. Then, go to the Payment & billing section and check your payment history to see if the payment for Minecraft Realms was successful.
   
2. Check your subscription status: Go to the Xbox app or Xbox website and sign in with your Microsoft account. Then, go to the My games & apps section and check the status of your Minecraft Realms subscription. If it is inactive, you may need to renew it or purchase a new subscription.
   
3. Contact Microsoft support: If you are still unable to access your Minecraft Realms subscription after trying the above steps, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance. You can do this by visiting the Microsoft support website or by calling their customer support hotline.
   

It is also possible that there was a problem with the payment or with the subscription itself, in which case Microsoft support should be able to help you resolve the issue.
