Minecraft parental controls on Mac

once migrated to a microsoft account you should still be able to play multiplayer, what error is showing.

if the microsoft account is a child account then this should have been added to a parental account, there you can adjust the parental controls to allow multiplayer.

To change the privacy settings your account must be an adult account, otherwise you will not have access.
