    Hi

    I have played Minecraft on PC for many years, upgrading from java to Windows 10 version years ago.

    Recently I have got a new PC (Alienware), and tried to install Minecraft from the MS Store. It installs fine, but when I run it, it asks to buy a full licence. I have checked on my Xbox live account and it still shows that I have a full licence.

    So, I have followed the MS guidelines, updated my BIOS, applied all Windows patches, applied all App patches, uninstalled Minecraft, run diagnostics and run the store reset, and reinstalled Minecraft (in that order, 3 times now).

    None of this has made any difference.

    Any ideas on what I can do to login to Minecraft (bedrock) again?

    After migrating Mojang account to Microsoft, it is gone

    I am logging into Minecraft Java Edition with the Microsoft account that I migrated my Mojang account to, and instead of being a full/paid version of Minecraft, it is only offering me to play the Minecraft "demo" version.

    Hi! Check that the demo is not installed on the console. In this case make sure to uninstall it and install only the full version.

    I'm using freshly installed Windows 10, I reset the store and restarted, but this didn't change anything. Then I installed the Minecraft launcher, I logged in with my Microsoft account and it provided me the options for three versions with following buttons:

    Minecraft Java Edition / Play demo

    Minecraft For Windows / Install

    Minecraft Dungeons / Buy Now

    When I installed the Windows version the "Install" button turned to "Play", but when I launch the game it asks me to "Sign in" and then to "Unlock Full Game" by buying Starter or Master Collection.

    The demo version of MInecraft only allows you to play with Infinite settings. To unlock all options in-game you'll need to purchase Minecraft, thanks for your understanding :)
