Minecraft online

I'm probably being daft but i only seem to be able to let my daughter play minecraft online if i set her as an adult. When on child or custom, even with the online game option enabled it doesn't let you send a request or join.

Is this a bug in minecraft ot a setting in the xbox 360 im missing. Im really want to restrict her settings as she is only 9 and im not happy with adult setting.

My dad and I both have a copy of Minecraft. We have managed some online play but can I play in my dad's world even when he is offline?

Hello i hope this helps, go to the Xbox home on the profile having problems from here go to Settings > Pricvacy > Change Settings > customize > Content > Member Content > Friends only(Or what you see is fit) that might work for you.

To be honest with you, looks like the system is detecting that he owns a child account.

Since it is considered as child, you need to tell him to ask an adult on his family to manage his settings by adding him as a child under their family account.
