Minecraft on Xbox isn’t showing custom servers

My friends made a custom server, but I can’t even find it. I go to the server menus and only see the featured Minecraft servers. It doesn’t even give me the option to add servers. I have all the privacy setting set to allow or everyone. I used the same Microsoft account on my iPad and was able to add the server through m iPad. However, when I went into Minecraft on my Xbox, it still didn’t appear, it only showed the featured servers.
