Minecraft on Windows 10 flashing red and black screen at launch

ive checked and double checked my drivers and i cant seem to fix this problem i launch minecraft and it says mojang then the screen goes red and will switch to black and then back to red need help my yearly minecraft craving is here

It was opened before I formatted the pc, now it does not open and if you are not going

Forgot to add: One flashing red light in the 4th quadrant indicates a hardware failure. It's odd there was no error code, as usually with one light there is. Is the screen black, or is it static? Try disconnecting and reconnecting power cords.

Try right-clicking on Minecraft Launcher Shortcut > Select Troubleshoot Compatibility > Try Recommended Settings > Test the program

Windows 8 compatibility mode worked for me.
