Minecraft on second PC

Hi

I bought Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Collection and have been playing it successfully on one old PC. I have a new PC and I want to use it on there. I assumed I could just download it but it is asking me to pay for it again. Can anyone help me get my paid for Minecraft account on to a new PC?

Please try to check your game in the order history in this following website : Microsoft account | Home just to make sure that the purchase was through your account. However, if the game is in the account, I suggest to remove your account and add it back.
In case the issue still persists, please contact our live support Contact us | Xbox Support

open the store, click the three dots and select downloads and search in your history.

be sure to check that you are using the same account (in the store) as the account that bought the game on the old PC.

A purchase usually is connected to an account.

so I can only guide you to a possible solution.

Hi Chris, thanks for the response.

When signing into the store it doesn't recognise that I have already bought and owned the title. It asks me to buy it.
