    Minecraft on ps4 will not let me use store


    Hi I have been trying to go into store on my ps4 minecraft for several days now and it says

    There is an error with your account. You will be unable to use Minecraft Store until we have resolved the issue. If this issue persists for several days, please contact support.

    Can you please advise.

    Xbox websiteand
    Microsoft website? Does an error message appear when you attempt to sign in to the websites? If you are able to sign in to the websites
    without experiencing any issues, we suggest reaching out to Mojang Supportand PlayStation Support for more assistance.
    Also make sure not signed into Minecraft on any other device. We hope this information helps!

    Yes, i am able to login on the microsoft websites along with the xbox app and website. The error message only seems to pop up on my PS4
