Can you please give more information regarding your concern? Are you referring to external server? If so, I'm afraid it will not work on Xbox. As per Minecraft Help, only PC and mobile are officially supported for using external servers. This feature is not officially available on consoles. Please refer to the image below.

Delete Minecraft, clear your cache, redownload minecraft. It should work now! If not then I would advise phoning Xbox support.
