Minecraft on Nintendo Switch

I recently downloaded Minecraft on the Nintendo Switch. I had to create a Microsoft account. I did that and it allowed me to sign in one time and was working great! Unfortunately, it will not let me sign in again. It says “connecting,” but then just goes
back to sign in screen. I’ve contacted Nintendo, they sent me to contact Mojang who said I needed to contact Microsoft. I’m very frustrated that this is happening!!

I own Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition and I’ve bought previous DLC. How do I get it to sync to Minecraft?

1. Log into Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition on your Switch account. This will sync the latest purchases.
2. Log into the Minecraft on your Switch and you’ll be automatically granted the entitlements for that DLC.
   

Note For every purchase you make on the previous version, you must first log into
Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition, exit, and then launch the new Bedrock version for purchases to sync. DLC purchased within
Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition will only remain on your Nintendo Switch device and will not carried over into other devices.

Yes please fix this ASAP because there are so many of us with this problem and no one has any solution!

 

Sorry to hear it. As I don't have a Switch I'm not sure on the power cycling process there. However, I would suggest turning the console off and unplugging it for at least 5 minutes then try again to see if that helps.

 

Did You talk to Xbox Support? If so many people are having this problem they may have the solution

 

Someone plz help me with this i always try to login and it says to try again later and i do and i deleted Minecraft and redownload it to try to start fresh again but then it still had the Account and i was thinking to my self i wasted $30 for this all
i wanted is to have fun with my Friends so if Microsoft if you can please help me with this am a big minecraft fan

 

I see you're still experiencing an issue with this. I've done some research online and saw that some people had to delete the local save file and start over. Can you try that on the Switch? Go into your settings (or game settings), wherever your saves
are stored and delete the Minecraft save.

Hopefully that will get you up and running again.
