Minecraft on Nintendo Switch: Trouble Signing into Microsoft Account

I've owned Minecraft on my Nintendo Switch for quite a while now and have never had this problem, but I loaded the game up and it had signed me out of my Microsoft account. So when I do the website thing where you enter the code to resign in the website
said it was a successful login, but then the game says that it was unable to sign in to my account. Could someone help me out?

We understand that you're having trouble connecting your Microsoft account to your Nintendo Switch. It sounds like you may have accidentally clicked on the Xbox sign-in page instead of the Nintendo Switch sign-in page.

To connect your Microsoft account to your Nintendo Switch, please follow these steps:

1. On your Nintendo Switch, go to System Settings > Users > Add User.

2. Create a new user account and select "Sign in using a Microsoft account."

3. Follow the prompts to sign in to your Microsoft account and link it to your Nintendo Switch.

Hi did you ever get a solution for this? It keeps happening to me too.

Is there still no fix for this? I'm able to sign in, but it signs me out oever time I stop playing and it's getting really frustrating.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forum.

That is a known bug that is affecting the Switch platform that Mojang is aware of and closely working with the Xbox team for a fix. There isn't an estimated time on when this will be fixed, but I would suggest posting a comment over
on this bug reporting site
https://bugs.mojang.com/projects/MCPE/issues/MCPE-34662?filter=allopenissues.

I also recommend contacting Xbox customer support:

Select Xbox One
Select See other options
Select Payment & billing under Account management
Select show contact options and go to step 4
Select request a call from support if available or there should be a number for you to call
