    Minecraft on Kindle Fire


    I'm a bit clueless about Minecraft so would appreciate some help please!

    1) I purchased Minecraft for the Kindle Fire. I logged in using my Microsoft account. I then set up a Microsoft account for my child, and want to switch it so that my child is playing under their own account. Is this possible?

    2) Whenever I open the app, it gives the option of 'sign in for free' or just to 'play'. If I choose 'play' and I try to create a new world, if I try to 'Create' it won't let me. If I try to 'Create on Realms' it then says I need to 'sign in for free'.
    When I 'sign in for free' it just gets stuck on 'Signing in with your Microsoft Account' and then nothing happens. I found a thread on here which suggested changing the settings to allow contacts and storage, and to then 'Force Stop'. I did this and started
    again. I'm still having the same problem.

    3) Every time I try to contact Microsoft, it says that this problem doesn't qualify for a call back, and to use the virtual assistant. This hasn't helped either.

    Any ideas how I can actually get Microsoft to sort out the problem (ie a phone number or email address)?

    No, nothing like that was ever set up. We only used to to log into minecraft on the kindle fire.

    My son has Minecraft on his kindle fire but is getting an iPad for his birthday. If we buy Minecraft for his iPad can he then transfer his progress and coins to the iPad? If so how do we do that?

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately this is not the right place to inquire about purchasing issues with the in-game Minecraft Marketplace. That issue sounds like a bug to me on the server side for Minecraft so it would be best to contact
    Mojang (Minecraft) Support to report this issue if your internet connection is indeed working fine. Besides re-installing the app and checking for updates, there isn't much we can do here about bugs encountered with the Minecraft Marketplace. I'll provide
