    My daughter cannot add friends on minecraft. We get a message that says her account does not allow this, but I have changed every option I can see to enable all options that are given. What else can I do?

    What are you trying to play Minecraft on? An iPad? First of all; did you restart the iPad or reïnstall the app?

    In this case, please try to uninstall Minecraft PE from your iPad.

    Restart your iPad and install Minecraft PE again.

    Try to play it and please let me know how it goes.

    My son has Minecraft on his kindle fire but is getting an iPad for his birthday. If we buy Minecraft for his iPad can he then transfer his progress and coins to the iPad? If so how do we do that?
