Minecraft Official Bedrock Server

Discus and support Minecraft Official Bedrock Server in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have a Minecraft server running on an older computer that is running the latest version of Ubuntu.     Minecraft Official Bedrock Server


    I have a Minecraft server running on an older computer that is running the latest version of Ubuntu.
    This question does belong on the Microsoft forums as it relates to Minecraft. The server is not port forwarded, however, and can only be played through LAN.

    The thing is, I want it to start and stop automatically with two scripts so I can schedule the server to start/stop. The first script opens the Minecraft server succesfully, but the second does not. I cannot get the script to essentially input into the server
    the “stop” command and turn off the server. Any help or script examples would be nice.

    Next, so I wont have to port forward a new port, can I set the Minecraft server to use port 80? What security issues could occur? Thanks in advance.

    If you see this ignore what the microsoft agent says. You can only add different servers on the bedrock andriod or iphone you cant do it on xbox ps4 or the pc version of bedrock minecraft only the phone versions. I played the bedrock minecraft on phone before iphone and android and iphone that has the ability to add servers. Get a phone to be able to add servers aicha t is just a microsoft bot. Basicly just get a phone and buy the bedrock version of minecraft app store or play store and then go to servers you see all the other servers their as ussal and then go down if i remember correctly and it says add server.

    On console edition, there is no add server button. Where can I find it?

    Hope you are well. I'll be glad to assist you.

    On the console edition of Minecraft, the "Add Server" button is not available by default. This is because Minecraft Bedrock on consoles is more limited compared to the PC/mobile versions.

    You can only join the featured servers listed in the “Servers” tab, such as Hive, Lifeboat, Mineplex, etc. Adding custom servers manually is not officially supported on consoles at this time.
