Minecraft October 5 update corrupted my worlds

I stopped playing minecraft for a whole until when I just received my new Xbox series S and wanted to play again but for some reason a week after the update it corrupted my worldand now I have no access to my world. It hasn't been a year since I have created my world, it was 332mb so I assumed it wasn't alot of data that could have caused the corruption. I have tried unstalling and installing the game again, cleared my local xbox cache, updated the new update that just came out and STILL NOTHING. I need a solution to resolve this or at least help recover my world. This game has isn't playable anymore.

Xbox already backs up everything automatically and honestly, doesn't even give you an option of backing it up. Apart from saving your game before quitting Many people, including me, have complained that this update has corrupted their worlds. please fix this issue! It will just lead to you guys losing valuable customers'

We understand that you are having an issue with your Minecraft worlds. As per description, it corrupted after the update and you are unable to access it anymore. Minecraft worlds are at risk of being lost. That is why Mojang support recommends to back up your worlds from time to time. We suggest reaching out to the Mojang support team for more information and support on corrupt worlds.

So somehow overnight it fixed itself enough to allow me to resign in with my gamertag and my settings seem to re-synced. However, I tried to pop onto my Minecraft world first and it corrupted the save data of a world. I'm trying to recover it now- but as for the xbox issue, I don't know how, but it's more or less resolved after three system resets and clearing all my accounts which seems to have corrupted save data. I'm worried that it will have corrupted more than a little Minecraft world, will return with an update later.

Access Application Data\.minecraft\saves. ...

Make a copy of the corrupted world folder & all files & folders inside, and rename it however you please. ...
Start Minecraft and create a new world, then save and close Minecraft. ...
Go back to Application Data\. ...
Cut the files (but not the folders) from the new saved world folder.

My Minecraft world kicks me out for a couple reasons like world corruption and not enough space for data, is there a fix?

It is kicking me out of the game after like 3-5 minutes it keep on deleting stuff that I built or did a minute ago so that was is happen and I don't like it.
