Minecraft Null Error

I have played Minecraft for about 6 months now and have just migrated my account from Mojang to Microsoft.

But every time I try to play multiplayer it comes up with the null error.

I have gone to my privacy settings and changed it to allow nearly everything including Multiplayer games.

But it still comes up with the Null Error.

Can someone please help me.

You are not seeing the page to adjust your account privacy settings because your account is underage

An adult account will be needed to create a family group with your account and the adult account will be able to adjust these settings.
