Minecraft not working/won't play updated

Hi all.

I've found out during my last post that the problem was I installed Minecraft onto the Xbox One using my account before we attempted to reset it to factory settings, hoping this would solve the problem of getting into the game without having to sign into
my account. Unfortunately, only my brother and stepdad use the Xbox and play on Minecraft, meaning that they will have to keep signing into to my account in order to play Minecraft. Is there any way that my stepdad could get access to the game using his account
instead of mine? It's causing a lot of frustration and we have had to consider buying a physical copy, which we would rather avoid if possible. If anyone has any ideas, please send them. Thank you

Minecraft disc not being read.

My minecraft disc has been working fine for the past year until now. My Xbox won't read the disc. All I can do now is play the demo which is BORING!

why won't it let me play minecraft with my friend?

minecraft won't let me play with my friend, i can play black ops 2 with him bet not minecraft. i try to join and miecraft tells me i have no friends in this game.

It is only Xbox yeah I have a subscription and it works because I can play every other game online it's just Minecraft that won't work

Minecraft game is not Play Anywhere. The Xbox version won't work on your PC, because there is another version for that, called Minecraft
for Windows 10.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Kindly check and validate if your subscription is still active by following the steps below:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

If it's active, please remove ad re-add your account to re-sync it.

REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.

My Minecraft won't let me play it's like when I get in it on the menu none of buttons work and I did a soft reset on my Xbox

Hi there! If you only have Minecraft Xbox One Edition, it won't work on Realms. You will need the single/self titled Minecraft game to play on Realms. More info here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-titles/minecraft-realms-overview
