    Minecraft not working with game pass


    Whenever i try to launch minecraft it gives me the following error:

    Unable to start Java.
    Error details: No applicable app licenses found.
    Filename on disk: javaw.exe

    i have checked my subscription i have checked my acc it shows tht i own minecraft

    i even checked on the minecraft website it says tht i own minecraft i can change my skin and my profile name

    You will need Game Pass Core or Ultimate to play Minecraft online, but offline mode will work without Game Pass.

    Unfortunately it is not one of the Play Anywhere games so you have to buy it for windows and Xbox separately. Or you can get Xbox Game Pass which has Minecraft and a lot more.
    Game Pass wouldn't help in that situation since Minecraft is not Play Anywhere. It would still only work for the console.
