Minecraft not working after signing into Microsoft account

Can you please sign in to https://account.xbox.com/profile and check if you will be able to sign in without any issues? If yes, please perform the steps below on your Xbox console:

"1. Press and hold the PS4 power button until it turns off for at least 10 seconds.

2. Unplug all cables on your console.

3. Press the power button continuously for a minute.

4. Wait for 5 minutes and then plug back in all cables and turn it on."

If that still didn't work, you may need to reach out to your console support so they can guide you with the troubleshooting steps and then check what necessary steps to perform.

I know for Nintendo you would have the have the latest update of Minecraft, all you need to do is sign into your Microsoft account after loading up Minecraft and then you will be able to cross play with your Xbox friends via that. So if it now works on PS4,
your friend would have to sign up for a Microsoft account and log into that.

Sign in the Microsoft Store with the old account. Then, install "Minecraft for Windows 10", it should be free. After that, sign out your old account from the Microsoft Store. Open up "Minecraft for Windows 10", then sign in with your new account. You will
get updates for free if you do the following. I hope this helps.

If none of this is helping anyone, I tried going to Xbox gaming service through apps and features and just reset the whole thing as well as Microsoft store and Minecraft launcher. After that I went to launch Minecraft then found out it was working. It'll ask you to sign into your Microsoft account and that's when you know it works.

- When Minecraft stopped working, were you still using your Mojang account to sign in to it or were you already signing in with a Microsoft account? And this issue happened right after you changed your Microsoft account primary alias?

- You purchased Minecraft with a Mojang account, before the migration, right?

- What version of Minecraft did you purchase? Minecraft Java or Minecraft for Windows?

- And did you purchase Minecraft from the Microsoft store?
