Minecraft not showing up on transaction history

Hi I need help on this urgently as I have to make some claims on this issue.

Recently, I bought the Minecraft Java licence but I'm unable to find that order history on Microsoft and Xbox accounts. I also need the invoice to make claims but Mojang did not send it to me. Is there any way I can retrieve the invoice or order history so that I can apply for the claims? (Preferably invoice). Thanks!

So, since Java Edition is not sold by Microsoft mate, that's why you cannot see this purchase on Microsoft history or even related with your Microsoft account. The Java Edition is held by Mojang itself. :/

ok but does the purchase actually show up in the account transaction history at all ?

I’m sorry to know that, however, on the order history, just the successful transactions will show up.

Hi Hassassianade, okay it does show up in my billing history on my Mircosoft account online under recent transactions, but on my Xbox purchase history and on xbox.com its like I never even purchased the 1,600 MSP or the minecraft game.

What do I do? Do I call them now?

That's the thing though. It shows up as payed here:

commerce.microsoft.com/.../Transaction

but not in here, where my games would be:

live.xbox.com/.../history
