    So I found out I down own Minecraft Windows 10 Edition yet I have Java Edition and Redeemed the code. I have bought Java back in 2016 and I redeemed it but it says I don't own the game.

    For some reason, No I can't it's like I never owned it because I recently moved to a new computer but I thought me owning it would carry through. I do though can prove I own the Java Version of the game if needed.

    Are you able to see this game via your
    Order history    ? Any codes that you redeemed via your account will also reflect here.

    If you can see the game there, you should be able to select the title to redirect you to a page where you can

    install the game onto you PC    .

    I bought Minecraft for Xbox one but…

    I know but I can’t log into the account that owns the game. This current account and the one that owns Minecraft are tied to the same email. But I cannot remember the name of it. So I’m wondering if I can get the account that owns Minecraft’s name back so I can log in and reinstall Minecraft.

    My account was charged for game pass for pc and it says i have it but i cant play Minecraft Java

    As previously noted. Microsoft owns Minecraft, however Minecraft Java is not a Microsoft or Xbox game. The PC equivalent is “Minecraft Windows 10 edition” the Java version is a separate game not part of Minecraft bedrock, their-for not cross play with other devices.

    Xbox owns W10 edition not Java edition
