    Minecraft not opening without xbox live


    We bought our xbox one with Minecraft as a package and it was working fine until now. We tried opening up Minecraft and now it tells us we have to sign into an xbox live account to play Minecraft but we don't have a subscription. We never had this problem
    before.

    Hello everyone, I've recently upgrade my Minecraft PE version to 1.2.11.4 (for Android) but having some problems with the Xbox live connection, cause when I try to log in into my account the window/screen goes off without opening and get back to the minecraft
    pe homepage, so I can't enter in my Xbox live account. How can I solve this problem?

    Is the account you are posting with the account that redeemed the Minecraft code when you got the console bundle? Or was this the account that first signed in?

    If you check your
    commerce page     do you see that content listed?

    So we can best assist can you link us the exact bundle you purchased?

    Thanks, just to clarify.

    You have the digital Minecraft version (you can play without inserting the disc) and the disc separately. Right?

    Or without the disc you're not able to open the game?

    No, for some reason Minecraft.net does not show the purchased Minecraft Bedrock Windows 10 Edition. I did not run minecraft through the launcher, I downloaded it from the Microsoft store and just opened it without using the launcher.
