Minecraft not on my account anymore despite said account purchasing it 3 years ago.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I am sorry that you are still prompted that you have to buy the game, even if you already purchased Minecraft last 2018. Can you please confirm if you migrated your Mojang account to Microsoft account? If yes, continue to the steps below.

As part of our initial troubleshooting, kindly make sure that you are logged in using the same Microsoft account where you migrated the game. You may check it by going to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Once confirmed that you are using the correct account, please follow my recommendations below.

1. Delete the Minecraft launcher that exists on your computer.

2. Restart your computer.

3. Install legacy Minecraft launcher for Windows.

Once reinstalled, continue with these instructions.

1. Open Minecraft launcher.

2. If you are already logged in, click on your image and Gamer tag in the upper left corner of the screen and then on "Logout".

3. After logging out, delete all accounts registered in the launcher by clicking on the "X" next to each account.

4. In the Minecraft launcher, enter the Microsoft email and password.

If you bought Minecraft from Microsoft Store, you have to go to Microsoft Store>My Library then look for Minecraft and install.

Make sure you're signed into the Store app with the same Microsoft account that you used to buy the game.

If the above steps did not work, please clear the cache of the Microsoft store. Go to Settings> System> Apps & features> Click Store> Advanced options> Reset.

After the reset, log in with the Microsoft account that has Minecraft Java and reinstall Launcher. Check if you will now be able to play the game.

Hello. I already changed my password twice. The problem i am having is that around 2-3 years ago i bought Minecraft and have been playing it but all of a sudden it says my account doesn't have it and its not showing up in my purchases. Recently I wasn't able to login with my microsoft account because it says it doesn't have it anymore. I think the account got hacked and changed. Please get my Minecraft back. I already contacted Minecraft and they said i have to contact microsoft. My minecraft username is ajisuppose. Also my Xbox username also changed and i cant login anymore. I can only play bedrock. Thank you.

I purchased my minecraft account from mojang like 6 years ago...

i already contacted mojang support but they said they cant do anything about it and to contact microsoft instead. my only problem is that my minecraft account isnt linked to my microsoft right now, so when i try to play minecraft its telling me to buy the game which i have already done. (been playing for 3 years, migrated my account 1 year ago)

Because its an account i used 10 years ago and when i login it says play the demo or purchase minecraft it also has a different username to my minecraft username when it was mojang
