Minecraft not letting me download on launcher or pc app

I understand you need help on your Minecraft game.

Please do a reset on your Xbox app and Microsoft store app but before that, uninstall the Minecraft launcher.

Let's reset the Xbox app first then do a store reset as well.

Click Start and click Settings; Select Apps & features. Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options. Click Reset then also click repair.

Once done, please do this:

Click Start and search for wsreset, right click then open as admin, wait for the store to load up again.

Once done, restart your PC then install the game launcher again please.

Please check if you can access the game by following the steps I’m going to share below:

-Download and open the Xbox app on your PC
-Verify that you sign in the Xbox app and the Microsoft account with the account that you used to purchase Minecraft.
-On the Xbox app, search for the Minecraft launcher once you click on Library and download it.

Note: in case the Minecraft launcher doesn’t appear there, look for it and download it by clicking “Microsoft Store” on the Xbox app.

-Once downloaded the Minecraft launcher, access with the account that owns the game and try launching Minecraft for Windows when the launcher downloads all the dependencies.

If maybe the issue persist try downloading a different app or game and check if something similar happens

If not, did you tried installing the launcher using the Xbox PC app instead?

If not, please download it from the store and once installed look for Minecraft launcher there and start the download

You seem to be using the Legacy Launcher which is the old version and does not support Minecraft Bedrock. Please try downloading the latest Minecraft Launcher. You can download it from here https://www.xbox.com/games/store/Minecraft-Laun...

If you have the Xbox app installed in your PC, you can also install Minecraft Launcher in there.

After installing the Minecraft Launcher, please try to check if you will have the same issue accessing Minecraft Bedrock. Check if your multiplayer works now too.
