    Minecraft not launching on Xbox One


    Hi,

    In the past couple of weeks, Minecraft refuses to launch on my Xbox One. Every time I try, it just loops back to the home screen with no error message.

    I've tried all the usual suggestions like restarting Xbox and pulling out the power, restarting router etc but no joy.

    Our other games all launch fine (we have discs for all of those). Minecraft is the only one we don't have a disc for since it came as a redeemable code when we bought the Xbox over a year ago. It's been working fine ever since until recently.

    Could it be anything to do with Minecraft being added to this new Xbox GamePass thing I've read about?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated but - like I say - it's not an intermittent issue which will be resolved with restarts etc, seems something far mope fundamental to do with the account.
