Minecraft not installing?

So I started playing the newer minecraft, not the xbox one edition, but the new one. The game on and off had problems that would fix themselves but about a week ago I tried to invite some friends and it did not work. They told me it was an outdated server
so I went on to check my updates and it needed an update. As i tried to update the came it would not, it would just say installing but not move an inch. I had the idea to try to uninstall and reinstall the game and now when I try to install the game it just
does the whole installing thing as the update issue. When I try to download it through the store it tells me there's an error and to turn off and on my xbox but I've tried all of that kind of stuff and nothing has worked. My bad for the long post but it is
low key making me frustrated as I was trying to get the game 100% done. Please if there is something else beside resetting, getting rid of local save, and just purely just doing it over and over, please tell me. Thank you for your time and I hope I dont have
to throw my xbox one s out the window.
