Minecraft not appearing in my library

So I bought minecraft bedrock to play with some buddies of mine, and when it started installing it spat out an error code, 0x000000001 give or take a few zeros, so I cancel it and try to install it again and then it just disappears from my library altogether. I try to get it again through the store thinking it was a fluke, but once purchased it says that it is already in my library but its not, and still takes my 32.09 bucks. I give it a day to sort itself out power cycling it to make sure, and it takes another 32.09 from me

Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then validate if the order for the game is visible from there and is stated as "completed".

Once done, make sure to sign out your account on Microsoft Store App then restart before signing back in.

We tried the steps with Powershell as Admin, and restarted the PC at the end, but it still does not recognise the Minecraft in my account, even though it says "You own this game", and Minecraft appears in my XBox library, but after launching Minecraft it asks us to purchase the game again.

I have checked over my purchase history on the link below but I cant see my minecraft purchase. It might be because I could have got it free due to owning the previous Minecraft console edition so it wont appear on my purchase history. However it shows that I have bought multiple things from the Minecraft Marketplace and they appear on the purchase history. I have checked again and Minecraft is still not in my library and shows it needs to be bought.

This may mean that you're not signed in under the correct Microsoft account where the game was purchased.

Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the order transaction for the game from there showing as "completed". Once found, on that page, click your profile icon on the top right corner then copy or take note of the Microsoft email address that you will see (make sure that it's correct, especially the domain).

Once you have it, sign out on your Xbox App, Minecraft Launcher, and Microsoft Store App, then sign back in using the Microsoft email address that you have copied.

If you can't find the order transaction, please check all Microsoft accounts that you own to try and find the order transaction for the game, Xisume.

The game is Minecraft. It does appear in my purchase history. It has worked on my laptop in the past. I had a different problem that required me to do a complete reinstall of Windows 10. That deleted all apps and data. Now the Microsoft Store doesn’t show Minecraft for Windows 10 in My Library. Again, it is shown in my purchase history, April 2021.
