Minecraft Nintendo switch servers

So before the 1.17 update on the Nintendo switch I could play on the servers perfectly fine, but now that I got the update it says "unable to connect to world" but my friend can still join my world. I'm signed into my Nintendo switch and Microsoft account and my wifi is fine. How do I fix this?

With issues like these, you will need to check the following:

Check your network connection.
Restart your router
Refresh Minecraft server
Check the status of Minecraft server
Re-log in Minecraft
Check your Firewall
Contact your network administrator
Uninstall mods from Minecraft

However, if the issue still persists, it would be best to contact Mojang support for further assistance.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently inquiring about Minecraft Servers.

At this time, servers are not available on either PS4 or Switch consoles. As per the

Minecraft for Nintendo Switch FAQ and
Minecraft for PlayStation 4 FAQ, these updates will be coming at a later time.

At this time, we do not have any info to provide in regards to their release date.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are having issues playing Minecraft on Nintendo Switch. Were you able to connect to the server and play before or is this your first time trying? Are you able to go online with your other
games on switch?

By a switch I meant a Nintendo switch and when I get Minecraft invites instead of going to my Nintendo switch it instead goes to my mobile account on minecraft
