Minecraft (New version) on switch won’t let me play

THIS IS FOR THE SWITCH BEDROCK EDITION. Ok so ever since i got the adventure time mashup pack, not just the worlds with that texture or world active, but ALL worlds have started saying “an error occurred” and they don’t let me play. I have plenty of storage,
and had the amount of minecoins. I do not have any other consoles or computers to play minecraft on, and i’ve only had the game for a week, so its starting to get on my nerves. ANY solution is much appreciated!

Oh yeah, i have it on the latest software update, 1.14.1

just to be sure are you using the 'correct' version of Minecraft on the Switch, since there seem to be two versions. the 'older' Minecraft for Switch version and the 'new' Minecraft. Owners of the older version should be able to download the newer version
for free.

If you have the new version, have you tried the exact steps mentioned at

Oh then I must have that because I play multiplayer on plenty other games but it won’t let me on Minecraft

I am very sorry for the mishap you are going through, Select My games and applications > Show all. Go to Apps and select the Xbox Avatar Editor app. Select an avatar, then customize it however you want.

This is a simple solution, if it doesn't give you good results I can give you another one to verify the solution.
