Minecraft Nether Update problems

hello I noticed that Minecraft has a new update for 1.16.0 and I wanted downloaded but it didn't show up and it's still version 1.14.0 on my computer plus when I tried to download update on the windows store app it keeps closing at the last second and
it will not say to download the update on the windows store website by clicking on the three dots at the top right corner it will only say "install on my devices" I tried everything to fix the Microsoft store app and get the Nether Update but nothing works
I even got help from my mom and it still didn't work. so I was wondering if you have anything to fix the Microsoft Store app so I can get the new Minecraft update.

These might help:

Method 1: Clear the Store cache

You may try these steps to clear the Store cache and check if it helps:

Press the "Windows + R" keys on the keyboard.
Type "wsreset.exe" and press "Enter".
Reboot the computer and then check the issues with the App.

You will have to download "Xbox Insider Hub" on your xbox to be able to download it.
