Minecraft needs to let you unlink accounts

you cannot transfer things between accounts

You may need to ask them how to unlink your Minecraft account to your Nintendo account.

That will be on Mojang's end, Microsoft does not have the capability to unlink an in-game account.

I have no idea how to do this i really need help and i dont know the email and i cannot create a new Minecraft account without unlinking the old one.

Unfortunately even if you could unlink the Microsoft account, Sony will not let you link a different/new Microsoft account to your PSN. Sony will only let you relink the original Microsoft account that was first linked.
