Minecraft My Content (Owned) not accessible.

Anyone?

System: XBox X & S

Thanks in advance if you can help me figure this one out.

I open Minecraft on the Xbox X,

Open Market Place,

Open My Content.

Scroll down to Worlds.

Even though I can see all my purchased worlds on the right, I can neither move across to select. I just have the white circle going around up by the amount of coins I have left.

However I can choose them if available on Minecraft Preview, or on the Laptop using M/KB. Or if I go to the main Marketplace tab and search, it allows me to download again and create world. But once logged out, if I was to go back into Minecraft then once again they are not selectable.

I have tried reinstalling Minecraft, I have cleared the Market place cache. Nothing seems to be working.

Hope someone has an answer?

Don't worry we will fix this together. Please make sure you can sign in all your profiles. Let's try to restore the console back to factory defaults but we will select keep my games and apps so it won't remove your games and progress.

Please follow the steps here:

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Settings

- Select System

- Select Console info & updates

- Select Reset console

- Select Keep Games and Apps

After this, you will have to sign in again with your email and password. Then please check if there's any changes. Thanks!

Please note that owning Minecraft on Switch or another platform does not grant you access to it on PC. Do you own Minecraft on PC?

When you purchase digital content, you only own a license to access the content, you don't own the content. So your ability to access the content can be revoked by Microsoft (or any company you buy digital content from) depending on various factors. Microsoft typically does not transfer licenses between accounts.

No the minecraft website does not show my account owning Java edition. I cannot change my skin or access my player name.

Your account could still access the content on any console as long as you're signed into Live because you own the content. The other person would not be able to since he doesn't own the content.
