    I bought minecraft java edition and want to play with my friend, but I ve got a problem. Multiplayer is disabled. Please check your Microsoft account settings - this is appears when I try connect to multiplayer, what should I do? I tried to find any settings about multiplayer, but without results.

    May I ask what is the exact error or issue that your son is getting whenever he is trying to play Minecraft multiplayer so I can check that for you?

    I checked my settings and they are already set to allow people to play with me online but it still isn’t working. My switch doesn’t have any parental controls set to restrict anything on it either.

    Are you having trouble with multiplayer on other games you try as well? If so maybe there is a problem with your internet connection? Or maybe theres a problem with minecraft servers.
