Minecraft Multiplayer on iPad

Hello,

I have 2 kids at home attempting to join one another's multiplayer games. Both are on the same WiFi network and both are on iPads. Oldest is playing a Disney World build and a friend at a different house can join the world over the internet. However my other child here in the same house & WiFi is unable to join her multiplayer game. The joinable friend shows up in the game, we tap the joinable game and it tries to load for about 5 seconds then it says "Unable to join world" or something bland and useless to that nature.

I'm looking for advice on how to troubleshoot this, as I'm not well versed in Minecraft. Both kids are friends with each other and on the same WiFi but cannot join one anothers worlds/multiplayer games.

If I understood well, one child is able to join to the world but the other is not capable to do it?

And, are you able to test if the child with the problem is capable to join to another worlds online? This helps us to isolate a bit more the issue

First, multiplayer and all online functionalities required to this are enabled for your child? (the one with the problem)

Thanks mate, please try this in the affected child account:

Sign out from the Microsoft account inside Minecraft, then delete the app (don't forget to backup local worlds)

After that please disable all privacy features

Wait 5 minutes and enable everything again

After that delete the other child as friend in the Xbox Live network (do this with the other account), install Minecraft again, sign in and add both accounts as friend again and give it a new try

One child hosts the multiplayer world the other child cannot join that world, while on the same WiFi network. A friend of the hosting child CAN join the world via internet connection from a totally different home. I've already verified they can join mutiplayer games via parental controls.
