    Hello, I would like to know if there is still a way to create a Mojang account? and then migrate to Microsoft and get the cape.

    I am about to buy Minecraft but I would like my account to be a Mojang account and not a Microsoft one

    I understand your frustration. But just a reminder that Microsoft owns Mojang, but they are different companies. Microsoft is Microsoft, Mojang is Mojang. Mojang employees are not Microsoft employees - and vice-versa.

    So Mojang handles Minecraft suspensions, not Microsoft or the Xbox team. Only Mojang could help you with this.

    Usually the migration process is made by Mojang / Minecraft servers
    You can share this feedback with them here:
    https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us

    Even if Microsoft owns Minecraft, Minecraft and Mojang remains as a separate company with their own support and tools

    That’s odd because if this is the Minecraft for Windows it will be purchased through Microsoft Store. The Minecraft that can be purchased through Mojang is Minecraft Java Edition.

    Kindly make sure that you’re signed in under the account where the Mojang account was migrated. Please try other Microsoft accounts as well.
