    So me and my sister bought a minecraft account that is mojang but she forgot the password of the email and changed her phone now we cant recover the email and cant migrate to a microsoft account pls i need help because im just gonna lose the money that i payed like that

    That's normal, you can't access the old Mojang account after the migration, you need to use the email you used to migrate the Mojang account to, in the launcher you need to select Minecraft Java and then Microsoft login and then use the email you use during the migration process

If so, a Mojang account that is migrated to a Microsoft account is required. For additional details, please review: Minecraft: Java Edition Account Migration FAQ.

    I already wrote to Mojang support and this is what they answered me:

    As of September 19, 2023, Minecraft Support is no longer able to assist with Mojang/Minecraft log in or other account related issues as account migration has ended. If you have migrated your Mojang/Minecraft account to a Microsoft account and need assistance, please contact Microsoft Support.
