Minecraft mod support

this is what i say If fallout 4 will get mod support on xbox one so could minecraft on xbox one even if its just engines with oil fields forestry and farming mods so i wonder if it will get mod support allso there is a voteing post with over 3000+ votes

When will Minecraft on consoles get mod support? Minecraft honestly sucks without being heavily modded.

If you aren't playing Feed the Beast or Tekkit you're doing it wrong.

wont happen... just like realm type servers wont either.

 

@CHORAS DEN how wont they if a game like and as complicated as fallout 4 will get mods on console such as xbox one and if one game will get mods games like minecraft on console which people as shown on that link have been wanting mods on it for aegis.

now one game is doing it on console there is nothing saying minecraft wont get mods i play pc version aswell as console version but as saying it has the possibility of having mods.

 

if you have read the fine print Fallout4 isnt doing mods in the traditional sense of mods and the jury is still out exactly how they are going to pull this off. one idea is there will be a vetting process to get your mods accepted. you also have to understand
Bethesda and Majong are 2 completely different companies.

Bethesda is a software company that makes console games that also work with PCs. Majong is a PC software company with a console department.

time and time again, they have proved to us that we sit a back seat to the minecraft development. Prime example, always keeping PC ahead of consoles. I truly believe the only reason they even started making different console versions is to make money.

Once you realize how little we mean to them as console games, youll understand how something as critical as mods are completely improbable for console.
