minecraft missing worlds purchased via micorsoft store

Hi Chris, I do not see any of the games I purchase in my order history in the link you provided. I bought minecraft store content. I bought world templates through the minecraft store. All the worlds that were created with those templates are still showing
in the minecraft game but those worlds are locked now and the minecraft store is showing that I need to "re" buy the templates I purchased over the last couple of years. Although I do not see the games in the link to my Microsoft Account I do see where I purchased
minecraft coins through Nintendo for the purchase of Minecraft Store items. I am not sure where to go from here.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to apply additional shaders onto your worlds in Minecraft.

Are you playing this on an Xbox platform or a Windows 10 device? There are two different version of the game, and you typically are only allowed to use content purchased via the Minecraft Store, in-game, to apply to your worlds, with
certain exceptions.

Are you missing any other additional features, such as being able to join the multiplayer servers for this game? If you can provide us with these additional details, we should be able to assist you with troubleshooting this further.

Playing on mobile. I purchased the world a few days ago.

Today I go to play and it says this world was created woth template you haven't unlocked, do you wish to.purchase the template?"

Clicking yes brings me to the store to purchase again.

Clicking no brought me into the game but all things stoneblock are gone leaving only the regular minecraft items.

Tried going into the settings and activating the srone block behavior pack but that just brings me to the store to purxhase the world again.

What am I missing?

Together with Mojang support I found out the problem why I do not manage to import my saved worlds on my Xbox One X in the online purchased version of Minecraft.

The Minecraft Xbox One version that you can buy online in the Microsoft store is a different version than the Minecraft Xbox One version you buy in the store (DVD). The online version is the so-called Minecraft (bedrock code base on xbox one) version.

To import the saved worlds, you first need to export the worlds on the Xbox 360 Minecraft version, import them into the Minecraft Xbox One Edtion import and then import old worlds into the Minecraft bedrock codebase version. (Minecraft Xbox 360 -> Minecraft
Xbox One Edtion -> Minecraft Xbox bedrock codebase).

You end up with a version that you do not use, but you can then sell it via e-bay to fellow gamers who have the same problem.

So it is possible and fortunately not as Microsoft indicated earlier that the worlds would be lost.
