Thank you so much for the information. I am going to mark this as solved. right now I forgot my password (haha) but the boys logged into their account and now I know where to look for when redeeming a code and cannot find - in game store - inventory.
What confused me a little, the one faq listed stated that you need a XBOX live account as well. I don't have that, maybe this is the issue. Thank you again!
