    Minecraft Migration problem


    Mi Child tried to migrate his minecraft account it was linked to my email which was linked to another one of my kids microsoft accounts. how can he get the account moved from that microsoft account to another account. So it is unlinked from the other kids account.

    I pressed new account and entered my email address and it says I already using it.

    The email address already existed and I could log in to it but I don't have access to minecraft.

    I appreciate the detailed information and your efforts in getting this sorted out. You've mentioned that you may have accidentally deleted the Microsoft account linked to your Mojang account and in this case, it would be best to have it checked and validated through Mojang by submitting the form here:
