    Minecraft migration problem


    Hi,

    I migrated my Mojang account to Microsoft account a while ago. I already had a Microsoft account to play Minecraft Dungeons. Since I migrated my Mojang account to Microsoft account where I had Minecraft Dungeons I can't access my account anymore. I can log into my Microsoft account and play Minecraft Dungeons but not Minecraft itself. It said I need to buy Minecraft to play but I already bought it in 2018. Is there any way I can get my account back?

    I pressed new account and entered my email address and it says I already using it.

    The email address already existed and I could log in to it but I don't have access to minecraft.

    Could you send me pictures to make sure I'm doing it right?

    I appreciate the detailed information and your efforts in getting this sorted out. You've mentioned that you may have accidentally deleted the Microsoft account linked to your Mojang account and in this case, it would be best to have it checked and validated through Mojang by submitting the form here:
