Discus and support Minecraft Migration/Login errors in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I do not know what the problem is. I played minecraft for the past 8 years and now I can't even logon.     Minecraft Migration/Login errors


    I do not know what the problem is. I played minecraft for the past 8 years and now I can't even logon. Whenever I use the launcher it just says play demo. I log out of both Mojang account and microsoft account. I try to login with with Mojang and it says it migrated to microsoft. I login with microsoft and it says I can only play demo and for me to purchase the game. Help

    ok, but the issue is not your migration to Microsoft 365, this is because you migrated your Minecraft account, to a Microsoft account, and the error on the first screenshot is because you are trying to use the Mojang login still instead of the Microsoft login option at the top of that box

    Thank you so much for the detailed information, JoelDavis3. On Minecraft Launcher kindly try to click the “buy” option and check what options you will have.

    Also, make sure that you’re signed in under the correct Microsoft account that you used in migrating your Mojang account.
