Minecraft Migration deleted my Minecraft copy and use of my username

When Minecraft migration started, I didn't want to go through the hassle, so I waited until it became mandatory.
When I finally migrated my Mojang account to my Minecraft account I was informed that my copy of Minecraft (of which I still have evidence) was not recognized by my new account.
It bothered me quite a bit, but I figured I wouldn't go through the trouble of buying the game again, since it wasn't really important.
Then, recently, I finally decided to buy Minecraft again (I also have evidence of that), and to my astonishment, even though I had imported my old Mojang account which had my username, to my Microsoft account which also has that username, my new copy of Minecraft asked me to enter an username, and told me my old one was already taken.
Before you ask the most basic questions ever, YES, I am sure I imported the right account.
Now, I am not able to do anything, as my old Mojang account was practically destroyed by the import.
I would really like to be helped shortly, as the incapacity of reclaiming the username that I possessed for years, and has days of gameplay attached to, is very frustrating.
I trust we shall be able to retrieve my use of my username again.

Minecraft may ask you to change your username after updating the launcher due to several important reasons.

- Account Migration: Mojang, the company that develops Minecraft, has been migrating Mojang accounts to Microsoft accounts, During this process, you may be asked to change your username.

- Username already in use: If your username is being used by another account, you may be asked to change it

- Launcher Update: Some Minecraft launcher updates may require you to change your username.

Since my Microsoft account was linked to my Minecraft account I lost access to my Minecraft account cause someone deleted my Microsoft account. Now Im not sure what happens but I was wondering if i would be possible to link a diffrent Microsoft account to an already migrated Minecraft account.

Unfortunately not. If the Microsoft account that your Minecraft account was migrated to was deleted then your Minecraft would be essentially deleted along with it.

It says this account has been migrated and to use microsoft to log in, but none of my microsoft accounts are connected to that mojang account, the microsoft username, isabelly6738, is even in my minecraft launcher.

when i migrated i didnt have access to my normal xbox account so i crated a new account so when i went to login in a few months later i tried using the email i used for my mojang account before migrating that took me to a different Microsoft account i own that doesn't have minecraft on it

i was on java and migrated so i need to find what email i used when migrating my account as i dont have it i have my minecraft username and my purchase id from when i bought minecraft
